What parts have a VIN?

Have my 88 rx7 vert with a salvage tittle, i need to get it inspected but they say any parts "missing a vin tag" can be seized. I bought a hood, seats, engine, transmissionn rear deck lid and right side door from Low_impedense, i have a notarized letter of sale from him, with all the parts listed, price paid and vin from the donor vehicle so its all legit, but the person buying my car is worried that they are going to seize the parts because they have no vin. What parts on these cars came from the manufacutre with the vin besides the dash and firewall?

there is a vin sticker in the doorjamb, the vin tag on the defroster vent above the dash, the vin is stamped on the firewall...i think that's it. the parts themselves don't have vin numbers, just the chassis.

^ yeah that is correct the dash and the body really if you have the title for the chassis its good. If not cut the OEM one out and weld one in that you have a title for and peel the sticker off the Jam.

There are two VIN numbers on the firewall. One is stamped into the sheet metal; the other is on a placard that is screwed onto the firewall. They are less than a foot apart on the passenger side in the engine bay.
