what is this part?

just wondering what this is?

it seem to have a cable coming out of it going to the throttle body but im not 100% sure.

From the description I'd bet it's the cruise control actuator.

if its in the passenger side corner where the fender meets the firewall, its the cruise control actuator

The server is toooooo slow right now,

but the cruise control acutator sound like a good answer.
