What needs block off plates?

What needs block off plates?
What emissions parts(air pump, egr, etc...) need block off plates once removed? I am going to start taking stuff out today and want to make sure I don't remove anything that needs a block off.

im pretty sure all the emissions stuff needs block off plates, because all f it is tied into the intake system. And if it wasnt blocked off hten you would ahve big vacuumleaks.

The split air pipe doesn't need one (assuming you removed the AVC too).

Oops, that was a typo. ACV = Air Control Valve.

pretty much all of the emmsions are "blocked off" with the block off plates
