i would go s4 just 'cause thats what you've got. plus s5 motors are a bit more costly to get ahold of. i think the installation is a bit harder to put an s5 motor into sn s4 but i dont really have any experience, thats just the way i understand it because i was looking into puting an s4 turbo motor into my s5. i have a friend thats selling a full s4 turbo motor set minus the intercooler. motor, wiring harness, ecu, trans for 750. dunno how far you are from charlotte though.

no, 750 for engine, transmission, computer, and wiring harness. not sure what else is included but its pretty much everything you need for a swap besides an intercooler

he said he'd like to see 900 and shipping off the top of his head is lookin at beaing about 500 but he has a friend that hes gonna talk to and see if he can get him a deal on the shipping but you're lookin at 1400 max for everything. this motor has about 133k on it and it comes with a brand new stage 3 clutch (not sure of the brand). as far as i know it ran when it was pulled from the car.
