They are Fibre Image ones - fc3s.org sell them. That was their show car for SEMA. Not sure if the lips are ready yet - check their website.

Hmmm so it's Carbon Fiber. Wonder how well they hold up to scrapes and stuff compared to fiberglass? Anyone know of a lip made of the poly-rubber stuff the factory front end is made of?
