What is the lil round black valve?

In the process of removing my intake I broke the nipple off of that lil round black valve that sits right between the primary runners on the upper intake manifold. The valve has a vacume line attached to somewhere and a hose running to the oil filler neck. It's about the size of a half-dollar and is about an inch thick. What is it? I need to order a new one.

Purge control valve. Purges fumes out of the crankcase, gas tank etc.

Just to let you know, you don't NEED your PCV. Mine is currently disabled. It was causing blue smoke on startup. I think the valve was !@#$ed and it was sucking WAY too much, and actually pulling oil out of the crankcase, and injecting it into the TB. Haven't had blue smoke on startup since disabling it.
