Once the Search function is working again, you will find that this subject has been covered thoroughly.
Most people use Castrol GTX. Most of the other leading brands are also fine. Just make sure to use the weight specified in the manual for the temperature range of your location, and change the oil according to the intervals specified in the manual.
IMO the synthetic oils are a waste of money in the engine unless you are racing on a race track. However, synthetic oil is great in the transmission and differential where it will last 30,000 - 60,000 miles.
