ok, what the hell is going on with my car. when i accelerate its reving up the RPMs without moving the car any faster. well, its going faster just not as fast as it should. i have a 1990 turbo charged RX-7. So if i push the gas all the way down, if feels like im pushing the clutch in. then when i let off the gas it jumps a little, just like im pushing the clutch in. What is this?

 

Toasted clutch and/or clutch parts (pressure plate/etc).
