There is a leak somewhere. Did you adjust the spring?

Aftermarket open-vented BOV's need to be adjusted so that they're closed at idle. Yours is opening under idle vacuum, causing a massive leak. You need to adjust the spring tension so that more vacuum than that is required to open it.
