What the heck is this buzzer!

I turn my car to the on position... it doesnt turn on yet

but thats other things and I get NO beeps YAY!!! but my shift-up light is on... then after 10 seconds my shift up buzzer comes on.

WHAT IS GOING ON!!

Are you sure it's not a coolant level buzzer?

the car doesnt actually run, It seems to be my the same buzzer as my shift buzzer, I currently have noooooo fuel

that is a warning buzzer. its not only for the rev's, it also works with the oil, coolant

you might have bubbles in your coolant or you might have it grounded...check the connections...
