CA What Headlights do you use? Or You Recommend?

Whats up guys, I was just wondering if anyone had some recommendations on headlights they would like to share. I just recently bought some bullshit so called "projector" headlights from ebay and it works like **** . So now instead of buying another shitty pair, I'd just like to see if anyone has some nice ones they can recommend me

Thanks,

Big

I use the Sylvania Silverstars in mine. You can pick them up at Checker or Advanced auto parts. They produce a nice bright white light instead of that kinda yellowish glow like a stock replacement.

If you're not going HIDs, go with HELLA.

http://www.rallylights.com/hella/200mm.asp

Hella "Vision Plus" Individual DOT Lamps and Rubber Boots are suitable.

I like the idea of those Hella's. I might have to try those next time I lose a headlight. Good call.

Use Hella housings, with a legitimate HID conversion, or at least Sylvania Silverstars.

Those Hella housing's give you a good option. Stick with regular bulbs or go with Silverstars. It's not a sealed housing like the stock lamp. You also have the option of going with a HID kit. Technically, its not going to be as great as a real projector housing, but I think its way above stock lighting.

I'm using those HELLA housing with silverstars and I love them. I'm thinking about going full on HID projectors though.

That's what I did and it made a night-&-day difference. I'm not sure if it was a sale or if they do it for everyone, but they also threw in a set of Hella Optilux H4 bulbs for free.

Hella is, hands down, the way to go. While I feel that my $30 eBay "projector" kit was an improvement over stock, I wish I'd saved that money towards Hella housings.

I spent 40 bucks on the ebay **** so called "projector" headlights and the focus is pretty bad. I could barely see light driving through a street with no streetlights. The housing is awful it spreads the light in a way that it reflects upward rather than on the street. I was pretty pissed about it I'm not buying **** from ebay again.

I did that too... Bought some cheap *** clear lights off of e-bay... 99cents w/ 19.99 shipping... bastards... high-beams work ok, but on low-beam they just suck...

I'm gonna get Raybrigs, Hella's, or Just some silverstar bulbs sometime soon.

Hella's and 80/100W bulbs in mine. Plenty bright without being blinding to others like some HID's can be.
