What is going on???
Here is the story, so bare with me. Took my 85 GS to the shop to have the mechanical temp and oil gages installed, put a new starter on and fix the oil leak around the cooler. During a stop by and see how things are going visit I was shocked when I saw the raditor and the front part of the engine bay removed. The water temp connection was being installed in the front engine cover below the thermostat, drilled and tapped and the firewall penetration was on the passenger side. The oil connection was being installed in the banjo bolt in the oil line to cooler and the oil line was run through the rubber boot were the wiring harness goes through on the driver side. Picked up the car the next day and I must say it all looks nice. During my drive home the gages worked well and the car ran great as usual. But about a half hour later I took the car out for a drive and after it warmed up the idle would not go below 2100 rpm and was fairly rough like the choke was on. Took the car back to get it checked out. They have had it about a week and as of today can not find out what is wrong. The complete emmissions and control is being checked. The shop is really good and has always done a very good job and they are familiar with rotarys. The milage just turned 300,000 miles on original engine. Any thoughts.
