The GTUs did not have a Turbo2 rear, it uses the same 7" rear end as other N/As, only with the 4.3 gearset and the viscous LSD.

the 88 convertible only came with a 3.909 rear end.

The 89-92 convertible came with the 4.1 rear end (regardless of tranny).

and as mentioned above, the GTUs did not come with a Turbo rear end (it came with a standard non-turbo rear end with 4.3 final gear)
