what else should i do?

Okay,
Today I received my JDM S5 TII engine that I am going to convert to replace the worn-out engine in my S4 TII.
While both engines are sitting on my garage floor, what other things would be good to do?
I plan to thoroughly clean the engine bay and fix any harness problems. I was hoping that some of you RXGurus would have some "As long as the engine is out anyway, ya might as well do..." suggestions.

Thanks millions as always
