what does this green mark mean on the rotor housing

Well i was told my engine in that rx7 was rebuild.. does that green mark new mazda housing or mazda reman... or is it just a random green mark...

well.. its a mark, if it was a chicks phone number or something, it might be a profit... otherwise... no, just a mark
