this thread has seemed to jumop off the subject somewhat but i am sort of going to follow suit and give my opinion at the same time. First, that car is a fine example of a base model gtu, and even has the aero package as well. However 10k is not only too hifg to ask, its absolutely ridiculous!
As far as the whole 91-92 issue goes there were several hundred verts that were carried over to the year 92 as 91 models and they were all black. I have seen several myslef and can attest.
But the reality is that it was not a production 92 model. Both Icemark and Kevin are correct.
But if someone were to pay 10k for that car i would fall out. I know theres suppose to be a sucker born every minute but thats highway robbery, and i dont see it happening. Its not even close to a collectors car either.

Dealers can't touch the VIN, or it would be fraud, just like if you change the odometer and try and sell the car without discolosing it.
