I don't see what's so bad about sellin broken mirrors, he clearly states they are in rough shape, and you clearly can tell from the picture that they're broken. What's the point in being an *** over it just because you think he's trying to scam someone? What's there to scam, if someone buys them, that's what they get, it's their fault if they do, they should just look at the picture. Quite honestly, I can't think of anything else to say other than you're just trolling for no valid reason.

Well, that obviously proves my point. Now to point out a few things, first you state you have better things than to troll, yet you e-mail the guy regardless of the fact that he stated they were in rough condition, then furthermore shows a picture of them broken. Now, to quote, "What about the people who buy things and dont know much about **** and then find out **** is broke?" Are you serious? What's there to not know about something that is broken? Can you not see that he has posted a picture CLEARLY showing damaged mirrors? If someone buys them, they are KNOWINGLY buying a broken part, there's nothing to not know about that, and expecting a good mirror when he clearly is selling bad mirrors is just absurd. Your use of the phrase rip off is obviously flawed, as he's not ripping anyone off because he clearly shows they ARE indeed broken.

Now where do you get off saying I e mailed him is trolling.

He says his Item is rough,I think thats an understatement,Its BROKE,and CANNOT be fixed,I posted it cause I was doing some searching on car parts for myself,I feel this is a rip off.I sell and buy items on e bay,I would NEVER try to give someone the wrong impression on something to make a sale,

So would you put this on yoru car?
Its just abotu the same as not having any.Look at them the mirror is even broke on one,

Either this **** is yours and im ****** up your hustle or your just to dumb to see,The MIRRORS are broke.

Fiberglass does wonders. You'd be surprised at what people can do. It's not your item, nor your listing, so it's not yours to comment on. Quite obviously they are broke, I never once denied that. Nor did the seller. Rough shape is not yours to decide what it covers. You were obviously trolling, randomly e-mailing someone trying to sell something and saying "How are you going to sell those broken *** mirrors" isn't exactly inciting a polite response. There's nothing to hustle, the mirrors are being sold exactly as how they're shown in the picture, that's not a hustle, that's a SALE. If you think the price is too high, don't buy them. There's no scam for you to bring out, and you're doing nothing but slandering a seller for the simple fact that they responded in the same manner in which you mailed them.

He says his Item is rough,I think thats an understatement,Its BROKE,and CANNOT be fixed
He posted a pic of the item with it. His description is therefore, not needed, seeing as the condition of the item is right there. As far as he more than likely knows, that item is fixable. Look at things from his point of view. He's just someone who's trying to make an extra dollar or two (which is about all he's gonna get out of those I should hope) and is trying not to say, "hey I got a big pile of **** here I'd like to sell you."
So would you put this on yoru car?
No, I would not, but then again, I don't shop Ebay either, so that's also a moot point.
Its just abotu the same as not having any
Not quite...I've drove vehicles with no mirrors....that's not fun.

I have a mirror broke like his,Its not fixable.

Yeah hes tring to make a couple dollars or 2 at someones expense,I posted ti so others wouldnt get ripped off.

Theres nothing wrong with shopping on Ebay,You will find things there you cant find locally,Its no diffrent then getting it here,I think Ebay is more secure,But then again you have to watch out for rip offs,I had a guy tring to sell me a Rotor" When I asked for details and bugged him through e mails for pics,Then he told me it was not an engine rotor it was a brake rotor, but then he advertsed it was from a 13B engine.

It would be better not to worry about gettign ripped off on internet buys,I got a friend who just got ripped off on $500. they guy sent him a busted *** engine.

Thanks for your comments,

Big deal, I'm in the whole over $3,500 over an internet rip off. Don't see me being a dick to someone who sells something thats broke and says it is. There's no reason for you to criticize what he's selling anymore than there is any other auction, he describes it, and provides a picture. There is NO rip off in that, read ebay's rules if you don't believe me.

There's a difference, which you seem to implyingly ignore. First off, I got ripped off because I was sold something that was not what I paid for, and not what was described. This is what is described, and shown, that's not ripping someone off. If they pay for them, they KNOW what they are getting, how is that ripping anyone off? There was nothing I could do about my problem, as I recieved an engine I paid for, police and shipping company doesn't care about details.

I think You did the the right thing SoRRow. The only way he'll sell those mirrors is to some sucker. Ripping people off is wrong. Thanks for taking a stand.

Jesus christ, what the hell is wrong with you people? How can you rip someone off by showing them something, and then selling them that EXACT same thing? That's like showing somebody a flat basketball, selling it to them for $1, and then them whining that you sold them a flat basketball, how the hell does that work if you can SEE they're broken to begin with?

it's not a rip-off. what would be a rip-off is if no picture was shown and if you e-mailed him, he would just say it was "rough", and didn't inform you that the outside shell was chipped/cracked. but instead, he posted a picture, and does in fact say 'works' mechanically. that's the difference. as long as he clearly states what's wrong with it then it's not ripping off someone. now if you were to win the auction and he sent you a box of rocks, that would have been a rip-off.

I couldnt agree with sonicrat more. Anyone who views this as a ripoff is obviously a f*%$in retard. The guys not ripping you off if hes selling it for what it is and for a price that coincides with the quality of the product. I wish all you ignorant people would just shut the f up already.

I will agree with sonic and the others that **legally** this is not a rip off or in any way against the rules.

But if you let the common sense factor kick in you realize this is some dumb ****. Honestly, say someone wins that auction and pays 7-10 bucks to ship them in addition to whatever the auction might go for. What the **** are you gonna DO with THOSE!!??

Whats all the better, this is bryan roller, better known from bnr supercars. I have had a couple of differences with him before (mainly him being an *** toward me) and I find it pretty amusing that he wants to sell some **** like that...lol

He once won an auction of mine, but didnt pay. When I asked about it, he said he wanted to win some more of my auctions, but did not succeed. He still didnt pay. Then he got pissed when I left a neg. fedback for his ***, after 2 weeks...whats all the better, it was a dollar item

Oh, and believe it or not, this is not the worst auction I have ever seen being run. I once came across an FD core block for sale on there, something like buy it now at $850, and getting quite a few bids. IT was a fuzzy picture from just a couple of sides of a bare block only.

Upon closer reading (the very end of the paragraph, somewhere that we all know most ebay users can't get to without losing their train of thought) it said somethig like "this engine is in great condition except that it needs apex seal replaced, other than that it was fine...this was a running motor when pulled" or some bullshit. Right about then the BS meter goes off

Then, I did some more studying. Upon close examination, the rear iron was broken, the oil filter pedestal was completely broken off of it. I dont remember what, but it seemed like there was one more thing wrong with it too. By now, I had to raise teh BS flag

I sent him an email that basically said something like "I feel sorry for the person who wins this and has to pay shipping costs in addition to their bid and gets this junk motor. You state at teh very end of the description that it needs apex seals, and to most people that sounds like a 5 dollar gasket, but it means it needs a full rebuild. Also you cant even take this engine and rebuild it, because you broke the rear iron adn they are unrepairable. THis is nothing more than a core motor, and a poor one at that. "

So basically I think bidding got up around 7 or 800 bucks, plus freight shipping of prolly $1-200 more, and what they bought is a junk core with maybe 2 good irons and one good rotor/housing, and they thought they were buying a running engine block that they could bolt in and use.

Hey, at least it's clearly stated. If someone's stupid enough to buy it, well then they get what they deserve, it's not like it's in 2 point font or something, and the picture is pretty damned clear!
