He dosn't know his compression ratios. IIRC the rotors that he said are in there are either 9.4:1 or 9.5:1; not 9.0:1 like was stated in the ad. Either of these are high for forced induction but still useable. You will have to be careful with boost levels and fueling, being a little more consertive than with a low compression rotor setup.

In reality, it probably is not a bad price but keep in mind you are buying an odd motor in unknown condition.
