what to do with this option

if i was to get a aftermarket manifold w/ external wastegate....what should i do to my stock turbo to be compatible with this new set up..

should i remove the flapper door and port the exhaust side more or will this set up not work

this is a temporary solution for boost creep and until engine get rebuilt with new turbo

I don't think they make aftermarket manifolds for stock turbos.

there is some aftermarket manifolds but a wastegate adapter would need to be welded on, on a stock turbo the wastegate arm would have to be wired shut or blocked off completely, leaving it open would bypass the turbo and a loss of boost would result.
