What to do next? Feel like my build is missing pazaz..

Ok so here is my build.... https://www.rx7club.com/2nd-generation-non-technical-pictures-198/sneek-peek-project-gtu-squared-gtu2-841503/

Short story-

1990 coupe w/ 114k miles been dormant since 1999.
Florida Car.

What i have so far:

engine-
Low mile USDM T2 motor, emmisions removal, air pump removal, dual alternator pulley, frontmount intercoooler w/piping, depowered rack, 134a conversion, 8mm taylor wires

driveline-
(no flaming)- s5 N/A transmission with racing beat upgraded clutch disk, LSD gxl rear, short throw.

Suspension-
Homebrew camber adjusters front and rear (Pics later), rear coil over sleeves, Front lowering springs with homebrew pillow mount 1 inch drop,

Wheels/tires-
Speedline 15x7 mesh wheels (painted black) (soon to be fr500s)

Exterior-
S5 t2 lip, clear corners, homebrew extended spoiler, s4 t2 mirrors (soon to be folding jspecs)
Fresh coat of white paint as soon as the engine is back in. T2 hood

Fuel/electronics-
N370 ecu, t2 injectors (cleaned and flow tested), SAFC2/NEO (asap), T2 fuel pump

Exhaust-
2.5 inch Downpipe (racing beat), racing beat pre-silencer, shorty y pipe, super cool round T2 cans

That is about it for now... I want to give the car some pop, nothing like a crazy bodykit, but i would like to make the car really stand out somehow.. Anyone have a nifty idea for something that might help push this project to the next without breaking the bank or destroying the clean stock body esk look...

I have 5 lug, I am going with 17x9 and 17x10.5 fr500 wheels.. I am searching for a low mile t2 transmission now...

I am not going to do a kit, I like the stock lines with a lip that is.

Thanks for the comments. I think 18% tinit is also in the near future..

Is the engine S4 or S5 (may have missed it)? Is the swap done already? Should really get a TII tranny, but some guys have been fine with the NA on turbo 6-ports. It's just that I'd rather mix a driveshaft (when you have a TII tranny and NA diff) than mess with the other stuff. (BTW, what parts do you need to match a TII to NA tranny? - don't remember exactly)

The TII sideskirts would def. be a plus. And the wheel right now are very understated (saw you're replacing those).

you need a t2 flywheel clutch the tranny of course and the t2 driveshaft and starter obviously... the t2 drive shaft cant be made to work with an na diff and you get a lot more tourqe our your car this way

Sorry, drifter403, I mean what parts match a TII with an NA tranny (not that I'm advising it)? Na flywheel and clutch, that's it? No wonder people try that route.

I know that when you put in a TII engine and tranny in an NA car, you need to switch the back yoke on the driveshaft to an NA, because of the NA diff flange being different. You can also use an automatic car's driveshaft, but it's a little short I've read here (it mates to the rear of the TII tranny and the front of the NA diff).

When i had to run my open diff all i did to my TII shaft was grind the bolt holes just a little bit to allow it to mate to the n/a rear. Got the idea from Hypertek on here. Many people think it may throw off the balance of the shaft but i dont think it will as there isnt that much material removed

FMIC & T2 Hood? Really? Okay, I guess. Why not a vert hood? (<--more stealth imo)
You're going 2+2, right? So, no roll cage.
How 'bout:
Sway Bars
Strut Tower Bars
Glad to see you're including Clear Corners.
Don't forget Sounds (or maybe vids)
and maybe a Homebrew refrigeration/dispenser, to go with the camber adjusters, pillow mounts, and spoiler?
Looks great, good job.

A vert hood doesn't have a big hood scoop on it, a T2 does.

Don't know that I'd call it pizzazz. In fact, I didn't; I called it stealth. As in: a Turbo w/FMIC that looks like an N/A if you go by the appearance of the hood.
If the car had a TMIC, it would need a T2 hood. Since he's going FM, the only reasons I can think of to keep the T2 hood would be either weight, just for looks, or wanting everyone to know it's a Turbo w/o opening the hood or checking for the FMIC. A vert hood is also aluminum, so you get the lighter weight, but it lacks that (now useless) hole in the middle of it.
I'm not trying to say it will look bad with a T2 hood, just wondering why keep it with a FMIC.

I feel the same way about hood scoops. (and East Bears for that matter)
I also think this is the beauty of the FC. We all get to build them the way we like them.
Aloha,

I am tring to trade the T2 hood for an aluminum N/A hood...locally..

I heart pop ups...

As for the setup of my transmission/driveshaft- I have done several 6 port Turbo setups, never had an issue on the tranny side. I am using the stock N/A flywheel and an upgraded Racing beat SS disk. Preferably I will be using the T2 tranny at some point, with DS and rear. I drilled out a t2 DS on a jspec swap I did into a GXL, worked fine, the DS is centered on a small spline on the back.

What can i do to upgrade the headlights? people suggested that, can I run HID's?

im all about low key and stealth, dress the car in other places.
I just dont know if I would remove a prefectly good hood for a alum one, I have had a HELL of a time finding one, the glue is failing on the alum hoods and it puts small indents in them- almost look like hail damage- real bitch to get smooth.

I think once i get done with the suspension, install the lip and perhaps buy the T2 skirts I will be satisfied.. Then I can start looking at a rebuild and turbo upgrade..
