Do a full 60K tune up, replacing all the fluids (including brake, clutch, tranny, engine oil, coolant, and rear end lube), spark plugs and cables, all filters (including fuel, oil and air), belts, any hoses that are leaking or bulging, and the O2 sensor. In addition if the car is more than 10 years old or has more than 120K miles on it, the Pulsation Dampener should be also replaced.

for the motor get the plugs out squirt some mmo or do the famous atf treatment.

do a search for atf your wil find what you need to know

If it's carbon locked you will probably have to use the ATF treatment... you can search for ATF and you will find alot about the subject.

i thought that the apex seals (stock) kinda got...dried/cracked or something if it sat for a while, anything to use on those, or does the atf do good for those also, what i am seeing is that the ATF trick is for carbon removal/help when flooded

also for removing deposits of carbon that may have flaked off when the motor sat there. Ususally the oil seals dry up when the moter sits for extended period of times. Atf is not only for when the engine is flooded.
