Full exhaust
Cone air intake
Upgrade fuel pump
Confirm voltage to the fuel pump is within spec
Easy 13-second 1/4-mile run

To run 13s you wont have to do that much.

A. Learn how to drive your car. Seriously this is the cheapest mod you could ever do.

B. You could street port it if you wanted to get into the engine.

C. Full exhaust and intake.

D. A few other small bolt ons would help.

I dont know how much horsepower you would need if you are running a stock drivetrain. If you got stiff springs, street slicks, high performance clutch, lightened flywheel you will be able to get into the 13s with a stock setup.

Oh by the way before you do anything be sure your car is in good working order. Mods dont do as much on a car that needs a tune-up.

It's easy to get an N/A into 13's... just pull it with 2 Vipers!

13BT means 13BTurbo..just so you know..hehehe

Seriously though, what Reted listed is all you need to run 13's + learn how to launch.
