Unhappy What did I do wrong!?

Recently my tranny got stuck in reverse, so I bought a used one from a fellow forum member.
I installed the tranny and everything was going fine until I drove it lol
My engagement point for the clutch pedal felt really off, and there was a slight lag from when I let out the clutch to actual engagement.
The clutch slips when I get on the throttle quickly.
I bled the line and adjusted the pedal play and that took care of the weird pedal, but the clutch is still slipping.

I didn't pull the PP or clutch when I did the tranny.

Things to note:
-I have an act 4 puck sprung disc and a street strip PP with probably less than 10k on them.
-when I originally installed the new clutch I didn't re-surface the flywheel.
-I only had minute slippage while going uphill in reverse at low speeds up until now
-I put bearing grease into the hole where the pilot bearing is while I was swapping the tranny
-It worked fine before I pulled the tranny

So what on earth did I do wrong?

Is there a possibility that the grease spun onto the flywheel surface? and if so did it ruin my clutch (copper sintered pucks)
Can I clean it without pulling the tranny, or will it sort itself out?

HALP
any info is greatly appreciated!!!

Thanks,

-Miles

Le me know If I need to clarify anything

you shouldn't be able to slip an ACT 4 puck AT ALL with your engine once it's fully engaged. i see that you tried adjusting the clutch, but do you know what you were doing while you were messing with that?

I know It shouldn't be able to slip haha you see my concern?
I didn't adjust the pedal until after it was slipping, I used the fsm and put it back to spec.

I am confused because I know it shouldn't slip with the near stock power I am putting out, and it does.

try this, requires 2 people, someone need to slowley push the clutch pedel down, you need to look outside and look for the slave cylinder ans make sure the piston pushes theclutch fork all the way down, as soon as the pedel starts to move down so should the slave clyinders piston, if there is a delay then you need to adjust it, another thing you could try if it looks like the fork doesnt move to much then get a long bar and try to manual push it down further if it does then you know something need to be adjusted

for the slipping are you sure no fluids got on the clutch at all? sometimeif you put to much grease in the pilot bearing groove it will slowley fling out at higher rpms, causing a chance for it to get on the pressure plate or clutch disc. also make sure the clutch is totally disengaging and not staying half way engaged

Right so I am guessing based on what was described here that I over-greased it and spun the grease onto my flywheel because I don't smell the burning clutch smell.
do I have to pull the tranny again? or can I shoot some brake cleaner through the inspection plate hole onto the flywheel?

Can anyone tell me where on the clutch fork would normally be fully engaged/disengaged? ( If I were looking at it from the engine bay

Should I be able to move the clutch fork by hand from the engine bay? I seem to recall somewhere that this was a way to check my clearance

well theres almost no room to see if any flung onto the PP or clutch disc, if any did get on there then your going to have to get a NEW clutch disc, once grease gets on the friction material it basicly ruins it because its embeded in the material, might as well pull the tranny off
