What did i do now..bolt in trans story..
I had a non starting problem, then i fixed it now heres the story:
I went to start the car and, YES 12 volts, started it up, HUGE whine, nasty hitting something, shut it off, looked at my engine, oh crap, stock fan hitting shroud, i guess the shroud didn't go up on the koyo so i had to fix that. I guess its fixed, go to start it up, click click click click starts up, whines, i shut it off. I remember that I DROPPED A BOLT IN THE FLYWHEEL AREA, I didn't have the scatter shield at one point when i was working on the car then i dropped the bolt that holds the rats nest into that hole. So I got it out now. But now i go to start the car, click click click click, starter not connecting with teeth?, so i move the main pulley some to maybe catch on, then nothing, no turning over whatsoever. Now my questions are-
Did i damage the teeth hitting the flywheel? or possibly the starter?, it doesn't seem like the head of the bolt was tall enough to hit the flywheel but could have hit the starter
Does a s4 TII starter fit a s4 na?, i'm guessing NO.
Thanks

Ok, thats fixed. Now when i started the car, it started, big pop (full rb exhaust, hehe) and then it died down, the pop was so great I have a header cloth wrap where my 02 bung is supposed to go because the threads are stripped and i'm buying a new bung this week but it has been there for about 2 weeks and has seen about 300 miles and seen redlining, etc. So what was that pop and what caused it to go off? I have 4 vacuum lines on my car: pressure sensor, oil injector line (i know its not a vac line), fpr line? on the 2ndary rail, and another vac line in the middle of the lim. I put those last 3 on the front of my uim, oil injector top, vac line on lim in the middle, fpr line on bottom. did that backfire do anything? thanks.

Could have just ignited some fuel that was in there from all of the starting/ shutting down...
Does that bottom nipple on the front of the TB have enough vac for the FPR? There's not a whole lot of vac pressure up front there...
Why didn't you just leave the FPR's vac at the stock point on the left side of the dynamic chamber (near the intake temp sensor)?
