What is creating this sound?

I was watching this Japanese rotary meet video and this FC had a very unique sound to it. Would anyone know what it could be? I put a timestamped link to the video.

Nope, its only the blow off valve making that shuddering noise on deceleration. It's definitely an aftermarket blow off valve.

just to be clear, at 17:00 mark where the fc takes off, its lack of blow off valve, what you hear is compressor surge
