What to cover up while cleaning engine bay?

What to cover up while cleaning engine bay?
Besides the intake (which will be covered) everything else is stock in my engine, so if I was cleaning it up and hosing it down, what should I cover up so no water gets on it?

coils too. won't hurt to cover the fuse box under the hood, and if you feel froggy, go for the starter.
