what could the problem be?
88 vert compression test showed 90 psi fr rotor 93 psi rear occasionally the car wont go past 3000 rpm its like a rev limiter is on any suggestion what the problem could be

Is it 3000 or 3800? If you rev it up slowly in neutral can you get it to redline?
