What could cause low voltage coil 88 S4
88 S4 N/A and my trailing coil unit is at a low enough voltage that the plugs are not firing. I have swapped out the coil but this did not help, thus, What Could Cause a Low Voltage Coming Out of The Coil?

Poor connections at the harness on the power pins?
You are measuring for 12V, right? What voltage are you seeing?
The trailings are powered by the black/yellow wire on the harness which connections to the tan wires on the coils. Unplug connector and check condition. That black/yellow wire feed loads of stuff related to the EFI system so it typically won't be failing in one location with no other consequences.
