On March 20th I get my license By then I should have around $3500-$4000. I don't want turbo cuz of insurance and because I dont think I can handle it. But with this money, could I get a rx7 that wont need too much fixin? (Referring to Series 5 N/A's)

Well with that amount of money you could get a nice S4 TII, but since you want an NA you could get a nice S5 NA. Make sure you look around alot though, don't buy whatever comes up first. Get a decent mileage one(around 60k-90k) because alot of the real low ones tend to have alot of carbon built up in them. Or if you can find one with a rebuilt engine that would be nice.
