What can be safely removed from engine compartment on an emmissions state?

Cool What can be safely removed from engine compartment on an emmissions state?

I am looking to completely clean my engine of unnecessary clutter and I figured out earlier to remove the sub-zero start. I have removed all the AC crap, but also live in an emmission state, so need to pass that. Any suggestions?

Power steering...

I *think* all the other stuff on the engine, except for the BAC valve is for emissions...

I could very well be wrong, though.
