what can i use?!

I have a 5S gxl auto and I want to do a S5 TII swap. Can I use anything from a S4 TII? Like the rear end, drive shaft and what not?

yes. but it is going to be a huge pain in the *** and yes you will have to modify the body and firewall too. The more important question you should be asking is, thats if it is even worth it. Im thinking you are going to have better luck just buying a TII. and hopefully you didnt pay over 500 bux for an auto.

well im not positive about the rx7 but most other cases i have seen the tranny tunnel needs to be modified for the shifter, and the need to modify the firewall to mount the clutch pedal, cluth master and slave.

i know that the tranny mounts need to be modified but i havent read anything about the master/slave cylinders yet. i also think that i read somewhere that the clutch pedals should mount right up to where the brake pedal was. other than that i was just wondering if i could use the rear end of a S4 Tii and if the drive shaft would fit. thanks on your input

the harness shoud plug in except in 2 places i believe, since its a S5 na to a S5 Tii right? I just want to see if I can use the S4 Tii rear end and drive shaft for the swap. The motor is going to be a S5 Tii motor.
