What about fuel flow

Is there any way to tell if I'm getting enough gas flow? Engine won't start (seems like it wants to catch sometimes)

Have great spark w/ new plugs and wires and have gas to both rotors. I have noticed, though, that when pulling the plugs to check them after no start, the trailing ones have gas on them but the leading plugs don't. Is it being burned off when firing? If that is the case, then why not burn all gas off both plugs.

I have adjusted the CAS, made sure it wasn't flooded, new batt, fuel pump and filter. Got loads of pressure in fuel system. Yes, i've cycled the fuel system.

I already know I have to pull the engine again (bad rear main seal) but would like to hear it before doing so. (just to make sure there are no more problems)

One other thing ... is there any way to cycle the oil system (like doing to the fuel system) Couldn't find it in the Haynes manual.

Thanks!

Not a happy camper.

Well if your engine has a hard time starting and your plugs are coming out fouled with gasoline your engine is probably flooding. This could be causd by leaky injectors.
Do a search on unflooding procedure.

I'm not sure what you mean by cycling the oil system. Your car should have a OMP (oil metering pump) from the factory that injects a little oil into the fuel mixture to help lubrication.

Well, I've done 2 of the unflooding procedures, as described in http://www.rotaryresurrection.com/flooding.html

1) Held the gas down, 2) poured 1/2 cup oil in rotors. Still nuttin.

Only the trailing plugs (NGK brand) have gas on them after pulling them out. Not the leading ones. The leading plugs are dry, tho they do smell like gas. mmmm

Ideas?

About cycling the oil system ... I know you can cycle the fuel system with the yellow 2 prong connector, I was wondering IF the oil can be cycled in the same manner.

Hook up a fuel pressure gauge to see if it's within spec - 30psi at cranking.
