Can someone please tell me what this is. Can i remove it and make a block off plate for it? Is it for emissions? Sorry the engine is 13b-rew, that is on the back of the engine on the passenger side. I took the air pump off and am making block off plates for the holes that are left after removal and want to know should i do the same for this? Or hook it back up, what does it go to? and im talking about the metal tube. Thanks for all the help in advance.

 

yeah thats the air control valve ( might have diff name on fd), controls air from air pump to cat and what not. you can block that off.
