sorry for the blurryness
the top word is Nippon... then 12v.. it seems to be hanging below my dash on the drivers side, as well as a white plug that is disconnected and seems to go no where.

it seems to be a condenser, like the one for your oil press gauge. I don't know what it goes to but it may help narrow things for you.
