Hello,

I recently noticed this tank that looks like an overflow tank while workng on my car. I tried to follow the lines to figure out where it went with no success. Its located on the passenger side right against the firewall. Anyone know what it is and what its used for?

Its a Japanese Moonshine Still.

Seriously though it is a Cold Start weather assist bottle that usually gets filled with 50/50 coolant.
IF You read up on this part you will find the numerous Factory service bulletins on this useless part and that it can be ripped out of the engine bay and tossed into a fiery abyss.
