Wet Carpet

Its a 91 hardtop, for some reason every now and then, the carpet is soaked (actually moisted) right in between the seat and the door. I pulled the carpet, and the issue seems to be just in that area, the ECU area was clean and dry.

Any ideas? Where does the sunroof drains the water?

Check the weatherstripping around the door. Mine was leaking too, the adhesive had worn away.

I think I have the same problem...I can see water through the hole where the hatch release and gas door release are but all my carpet appears to be dry.... I'll let you know if I find anything out.
