On the rear I use the flat spots on the subframe, close to the round subframe mounting brackets. The front Iuse the flat part on the subframe that has the subframe bolt to it.

As for jack points I use the diff, and the front subframe.

I used the TOW hook area for my rear jack stands and I use the front control arm mounting area for my front stands. I jack up the car on the subframe in the front and on the rear I use the rear differential, there is a spot for jacks on it.
