yes it's s5 harness and ECU. I used my original s4 airbox tho so i cut the plug-in off the s4 harness and wired it to the s5 harness to plug in and use. It worked fine before the rebuild so that is why it never crossed my mind.
I have the UIM off right now and am checking all the lines. But I don't currently have access to a volt/ohm reader, or a fuel pressure tester. That stuff I'll have to do tomorrow.

I just put it all back together and all the lines seemed ok. I tried searching for info. on LIMP MODE but couldnt really find anything. Can anyone please tell me more? I did remove the OMP but never heard of limp mode... So now i'm thinking this is the problem. What is it? how do I make it stop limping?
The S5 OMP is electronic and controlled by the ECU. When it goes bad or if it's not plugged in, the ECU will go into Limp Mode which cuts power and retards the timing so you can get the car safely home or to a shop without damage. If you still have the OMP, plug it in but tie it off to the side and take it for a drive. If everything works great then you'll have to do that until you go stand alone to eliminate it or swap all S4 electronics. If it still happens, the Limp code may be burned into the ECU and you may need a new one. This happened to me on my GXL when I bought it. It was driven too long in Limp Mode and it burned the code permanently into the ECU.

I found my OMP, I really thought I threw it away for a second. I plugged it in and PROBLEM SOLVED!!!! Man thank all of you so much for the help, I would have never figured that out by myself. And the car hauls butt too. I only gave it about half throttle because I didn't want too much boost right away, but WOW.
Thanks again y'all I'm so excited!!! And if you go back to the first post, you'll see that it has been exactly one year today since it first blew

I'm glad that took care of it! Yeah it was a pain in the *** to drive my GXL with the bad ECU because I couldn't give it much throttle at all before it would buck and carry on and I live around some decent hills and mountains. This helps give me motivation to get my Turbo II running. I have to find where I'm losing spark
