Hey i took a bunch of stuff off my engine today. manifold TB and dynamic chamber all came off really easy. i also decided while i'm at it why not take off ALL the exhaust stuff?

Question-- is it a bad thing when on the right side of the 2 holes the ceramic thingy moves?? because the right one didn't but the left one did pretty easily and i think i could have taken it out but i didn't because it scared me a little.

anywhoo- i'm getting my injectors blueprinted and cleaning the entire manifold. also going to put on a header. what do you guys suggest for a header and can you help me out by giving me the best site to buy it from at a reasonable cost? thanks much!
