k my car has always done this... just wondering about it

compression is fine, idles great (get to that in a min) nice and fast, everything is wonderful.... except startup... hot or cold doesnt matter, i start it, and it runs funny (voltage is at 12, sounds weird) until i tap the gas. then voltage goes to 14, and it idles like a dream.

also on starting (when its cold) theres a weird chatter... only when cold, it will start, and the ENGINE sounds perfect, just theres a weird chattering noise from the starter area for about 2 seconds, then it stops and everything is fine... warm starts = no noise

just wondering, not worried about it too much as everything else rules
