weird sounds

when im driving my 1986 gxl, occasionally in the lower left side (under the speakers) i hear this weird sort of clatter or bump, could it be something wrong with the springs?

1) Worn out lower A-arm bushings.
2) It's an aftermarket alarm system relay that's come loose.

Also check out your heat shields, they would clatter if loose.
