Alright,

Key In, Turn On Car, hold down gas pedal for about 15 seconds because it wont idle...then it sounds like the engine tone changes and I can let off the gas and it has a solid idle at 1000 or wherever I want to put it.

I don't have an O2 sensor, is there something inside the CPU that's causing it to have those 15 seconds of horror or something not hooked up, etc.

 

maybe its the AWS trying to work?

Sounds a lot like you're referring to when you start a flooded engine and it runs rather poorly for a few seconds until the mixtures are optimum.

 

Well I do have a injector hanging open, I guess that could be it then...
