Weird problem, could be nothing

So my car sometimes either breaks up, or loses all power at very high rpm. I mean past the point I should be shifting. I usually shift directly at 7 if im beating on it because i believe thats the peak power. Even if I am in neutral it sometimes does it. I recently did the air pump delete, but i think it was doing this before.

ALSO I have like 300 bad exhaust leaks, so could this be a 5th 6th port issue or something? Sorry im kinda clueless.

It can be, I'd check and replace your fuel filter while you're at it

How high are you revving it? Could you be hitting the fuel cut?
