quick question, are water temp sensors interchangeable between N/A and Turbo and S4 and S5?

I believe so.
The electrical connector may be different (female spade or female round) but that's easily adapted.

Mazdatrix lists two styles for the S4- tapered thread or straight thread with washer- but I've only seen the tapered thread units in the junkyard and they will interchange with a S5.
