wastegate loose s5

So I have a s5 jspec turbo and the waste gate arm that passes through to open and close the flapper door seems loose. When fully closed it still wiggles and doesn't appear to make a solid seal. It seems as though the rod or the hole it passes through are out of spec. Is there a replacement bushing for the rod or should I re drill and replace with a larger diameter rod. Just trying to figure out my options before I cut it apart.

I thought there was a post about this on someone’s bnr hybrid but I've looked for the last week and can't seem to find it.

Thanks in advance for your help.

in assuming they toss it out and use one that is good.

my best advise is to weld it shut and weld an external one on there. it will be better for the future.
