wash fluid pump
where is the windshield wash pump located? i think mine is busted cuz it dont spray none. can i use the generic canadian tire brand pump to replace it?

As it shows in the Factory Service Manual, the pump is located on the fluid resevoir in the driver side front fender.
I don't think the generic pumps are a direct fit but of course you can make anything fit with a bit of fab work.

AutoZone sells them for about eleven bucks. Cheap. And they work. The box has the number 5-768 on it and BOMBA PARA LIMPIEA-PARABRISAS (WINDSHIELD EASHER PUMP).

I've had to replace mine twice now (wasn't happy when the replacement failed). A stated, it's right below the tank. Access it from below, you need to remove the brake duct to get at it.
The replacement was a direct fit using the old rubber seal thingy, and it's pretty cheap.
