depending on which warning lights you are talking about, they are probably #74 (like the FAQ says ). most if not all are in a twistlock base (in circuit boards), so they may look like something other than a #74, but I believe the bulb just inserts into the base.

Here are a couple of links to sites that cater those wanting to convert to LEDs. Since ours are orange due to the panel itself, not sure if I'd mess with trying to change color with these, but you get the idea...

Oh I clicked on your link and those arnt the ones. the Warning lights have a very flat base so they can fit under the circut boards when you fold over teh rear one.

Did you pull the bulb out of the twist lock base? It's been a while since I had my cluster apart. I resoldered the contacts to get it to light up again, but that was several months ago. Is it just the bulb you need or the twistlock base too? I think the bulbs are still 74's. I'm not 100% sure, but I think the base twists out, then you can pull the glass bulb out of the base and replace just the bulb.

I've never had to replace one, but I did twist one out of my instrument/dashboard out of curiosity just to look at it. I would imagine the bulb/socket is the same in the warning cluster. maybe someone else could pipe in and confirm (or correct me).

I'm bringing this back up because I've been researching all of the interior lighting as part of my ongoing TII restoration. The warning lights, instrument cluster switches (headlights, wipers, cruise control and turn signal) as well as the logicon all use Neo-Wedge type bulbs.

The warning lights are all Neo-Wedge 4, Type B or T4 depending on the manufacturer's nomenclature.

Here's a source for them on the cheap in incandescent form:

LED versions are available from either link already posted.
