Cool Wanting to buy a NEW '91

I curently have an 86 RX7. I am heading to Afghanistan for THE LAST TIME (im out of the army when I get back) in February. I am thinking about taking the aftermarket parts off the one I have and buying a 91 (better interior and engine). Anyway, I was hoping that you all could give me a good idea of a place to pick one up in good shape. I would also be more than willing to pay pay extra for the garage to modify the newly bought car. Any ideas or offers would be GREATLY appreciated.

You have military priveleges, can't you import the ultimate from Japan? That's a 1991 Efini' with custom paint color, 225HP from the factory, custom 17" BBS RIMS, lightweigh DELETE option, custom OEM seats, automatic climate control Turbo II.

if he was stationed in japan then he could do that...but since he isnt, it will be slightly more difficult..he would have to have someone located there..buy it for him and then shipped over...but yes if you bought a car overseas they will ship it for a very small amount if not free I belive.

when you import a japenese car, you still have to have it made to US specs... Governor, lights have to be changed, a whole bunch of stuff. They wont ship it for free, that would onyly happen if i was changing stations from japan to here. Since im not, i would have to pay FULL price for shipping. So the efini idea is basically out of the question.

No 2nd gen eFini models...

efini = 3rd gen

Infini = 2nd gen
