Want some opinions on an rx7 T2

I saw this rx-7 on craigslist for sale in my area and I've looked around to see if the problems with this car would be a pain to fix or an easy fix and so far it sounds like it would be an easy fix. I just wanted to get some opinions from all you because I'm not 100% positive it would be an easy fix because I'm not very car literate. lol I know more about rotary engines then piston engines now since I just recently got a 87 n/a rx-7. Here's the link to the car http://sfbay.craigslist.org/eby/car/421135726.html
Thanks.

it's an 87, he probably was confused by the manufacture date on the door sticker.

Could be something simple, like a bad turbo oil cooler hose. Although that would probably be bad for the turbo.

I'd get it. Even if you cant drive it, you could make your money back inside a month by parting it out, AND learn about the Rx7 alot in the process.

Yeah in the craigslist posting it didn't sound like the seller knew much about the car, but yeah I didn't know they didn't make T2's in 86. I love learning about these cars mainly because there so much different than any other car. Well now I just need to get some money to buy it lol. I found an aluminum based OEM T2 hood at a mazda wreckers place a little while ago. I'm planning on trying to sell it so I can get some money for that car. So if anyones interested in it lemme know. I'll figure out what I want for it, but in the mean time just throw me some offers. Also trying to sell a 4 channel eclipse amp(not sure what the wattage is) and a 1000 watt rockford fosgate amp and 2 rockford speakers. Oh btw thanks a lot guys for your opinions.
