Question Walbro staying on when car is parked!!!!

My walbro has been sticking intermentaly and been staying one when the car is off. I just relized this about a week ago and ever since when i park I take the positive terminal off so it doesnt run. I have a haltech e6k, could my relay be sticking because it only seems to do it when its cold and wet. Also i had it on the wide band not to long ago and in 4th gear underload, above 5500 rpm it would lean out between 14 and 15 on the a/f gauge. I think i partially burned it up???
Help please
Thanks

I don't have any experience with the haltech or the walboro, but I do with relays. I have seen relays fail, even brand new ones.

I will start troubleshooting on the relay, just because it is the easiest part, and they are prone to, specially if its exposed to a lot of heat, and weather changes (including water).

Yea but if it is the relay...then what if it justs breaks completely and the pump doesn't run at all? You should figure out the problem instead of covering it up !
